Can I handle the project from abroad?
We organise video calls, document exchanges and signatures remotely where appropriate. We review the requirements of the particular transaction or filing and explain any steps that require a different arrangement.
Will I understand the French documents?
We explain the documents and the points that require your decision in English. Official corporate documents and filings may need to be in French; their purpose and key provisions are discussed with you.
Can you work alongside our home-country lawyers?
Yes. We define the French-law scope and coordinate it with your other advisers. This is useful both for a transaction and for the ongoing legal work of a French subsidiary.
What information should I send first?
