Guillaume PROM THIOUNN is the founder and Managing Partner of Lancier, and a member of the Paris Bar since 2017. He advises entrepreneurs, buyers and investors on French corporate and M&A matters.
His work covers acquisitions, business transfers, capital transactions and group reorganisations, as well as the corporate matters that follow incorporation or completion.
You work directly with him. He prepares the French legal documentation, participates in negotiations and coordinates the legal steps with the other advisers involved in your matter.
He works in French and English. His academic background includes private law, Anglo-American law and a master’s degree in international and European law from Aix-Marseille University.
